Normally, when do plateaus occur, and how can I get out of them??
I have been dieting for over a month, now, and I am just wondering when a plateau will plague me?? I know they are normal, therefore I am telling myself not to freak when/if it happens. I am just curious as to when they normally happen? How long do they last? Anything to speed up the proccess?? Info would be helpful to prepare myself in advance, thanks!!!

I think plateaus happen when you're at a normal weight or when you've gotten used to a routine diet and/or exercise program. One way to get out of it is to try something different. Add 15 min. to your workouts or take a binge day once a week. Worked for me. Hope this helps
