BonJ, I am taking 2 per day, 1st thing with my veggie juice in the morning b4 my workout and in the afternoon around 2pm. I have heard from a reliable source that it seems to affect fat in the stomach area. Now this is not a cure all. And it usually takes about a month to kick into gear. So do follow up exercises like lots of cardio and resistance to maxixmize the results if there's going to be any. BTW, I take with food/milk, don't wanna chance it on an empty stomach
