Depends. Depends on what "Eat Healthy" means and also if you're currently exercising any.
(depends on how hard you work out) but if you do 30 minutes of moderate exercise, that's around 250 calories or so. So 3-4X per week is 750-1000 calories. If you don't change your diet at all, then your working out will burn off a pound of fat in about 3.5 weeks. If your "eating healthy" includes limiting calories, then your loss can be a lot faster.
It really depends. I think if you want exercise alone to really "do something" for your weight, you need to do more like 45 minutes at least 5X per week.
