
Hey everybody I just wanna share with all f you that last week I started to try to eat foods with less carbs, even though I havent been as disciplined as I shoud have , I think is a good start... Well this is the thing Im hispanic and I love to dance, salsa, all of that... and I always go to clubs.. last nite I went to the club and danced

non-stop for about 3 hours or so, I found myself sweating and I was sore this morning as if I had worked out, I was just wondering if dancing is considered like a cardio workout because if it works as one I Think I can manage to dance 3 times a week, because I enjoy it so much, also I like to play volleyball with my friends, is this considered a workout too?? If they are, then how long do u recommend I do these activities?? and how often?? Any replies greatly appreciated...
