I'm on Weight Watchers, so I'm all about low fat! For breakfast I usually eat an omelet made with 1/2 c. of egg beaters, fat free american cheese and veggies. Then I'll usually have a piece of fruit too. The omelet is only about 100 calories, and totally fills me up. For lunch I usually have a Lean Cuisine or Smart Ones and some WW soup. It's just a broth based soup loaded with veggies, and it's only 42 calories for a cup. As for snacks, I eat celery and carrots dipped in salsa, fruit, grape tomatoes, TLC crackers, rye krisp crackers and WW candy bars, just to name a few. I don't know what type of snacks you're looking for, but if you could be more specific, I could name more I'm sure!
