Firstly, you HAVE to lose weight in that area. Cut down on carbs and DEFINATELY NEVER eat carbs after around 6pm - otherwise you'll have a protruding stomach the next day. Also, having good abs won't mean a thing if they're covered with fat.
Ok, so now you've cut down on food, onto the exercise. I use the 8 minute abs video (from the beach body collection) and also the abs of steel (which has 2, 15 minute workout)
Also, I used to lie on my back, put my heels and a chair - so there was a 90 degree and just lift up - about 100 of 'em!!
