the best diet in the world especially for young people is eating real foods whenever and whereever you get hungry, fruits, vegies, soups sandwiches with real foods like peanut butter or turkey, all nuts and seeds, whole grain cereals etc. I do not suggest you eat less just eat better,
permanent fat loss is achieved by eating quality caloires on a body demand basis, there is no other way, diets have not worked for 100 years they have be advocated as weight control, this eating less to weigh less is a myth.
you have to eat more to weigh less. but alot of people won't do that because it is so slow, and dieting as a teen ager only sets you up for obesity later so they have said on the tv.
