| Re: How much...?
Actually, if you do that, you probably won't lose much of anything. If you eat anything less than 1200 calories a day, your body will go into starvation mode, your metabolism will slow down, and the fat will be stubborn and will be very very very slow to come off...Ask any personal trainer or nutritionist. You need to eat at least 1200 calories, more like 1500, a day in order to give your body the necessary energy. That's one problem that most people have and don't realize: Just because you eat less than a thousand calories a day does not mean you'll lose weight. You have to eat as much as your body needs to function at its best. If you don't believe me, look it up. Type in amount of calories in a day in google or something like it, and you should find a calculator where you put in your weight, age, and amount of activity per day and that will tell you how many calories you need to maintain your weight, how many you need to lose one pound a week and how many to lose two lbs a week. If you cut out more than that, your body goes into starvation mode. Hope this helps!
