Hi. I am not doing winsor pilates but i am using Pilates for dummies ( Bought it at bed bath beyond gfor ten bucks) and i have been doing ot 5 days a week for the last month and i love it. i am also starting to see results. But with any thing you do for toning, you must be consistant with it. i use to hate getting up in the morning none the less to exercise

boring!!! But now it its the bomb because it is not straining and i feel my muscle contracting during the course of the day! I kbow that it is a gradual process and it will not happen over night but be constant and the time will fly by and your POWERHOUSE will be saying hello to you in no time!!!
