I am 21, 5'8" and weight 200lbs. I work out alot so I am muscular but I need to lose the love handles. My problem is that I am always out and am forced to eat out and the only thing thats relatively cheap is fast food, I try to stay away from McDonalds and other such places, but they are conveniently cheap and everywhere!!! Does anyone have any tips or suggestions on what/where I can eat for cheap and thats healthy? Thanks
