You say you need to get "your eating under control" - it sounds like it has NEVER been under control. If in fact you have an "eating" problem it needs to be determined if you just have bad habits or if you have an eating disorder (which is more psychological than physiological).
Whether you are eating 900 calories per day to lose weight, or eating much more than that causing weight gain, you need to make some radical lifestyle changes. Neither of your extremes is healthy or safe. The fact that you were only eating 900 calories per day is likely what is causing you to gain your weight back now. Why repeat what you know does NOT work???

I realize you think you were successful, but you really were not! You are paying the price now for following an unhealthy, unreasonable diet.
How old are you? What is your current height and weight? Who taught you your current eating habits? (family, friends, school, media, just guessing?) Do you eat with others or alone? What do you consider "out of control eating"?
