Hey, I think I am am getting over the hump, - Weight Loss Message Board

Today is my 6th day on CLA, trying to lose weight. I had cramps yesterday and I think the cramps slowed me down from walking and riding my bike. Do you think by me slowing down with cramps I gained backed the couple of pounds that I probably have lost. I am trying hard to stay motivated not to give up, it is hard, believe me it is hard, I hope to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks, my scheduled weigh in date is september 11, 2004. I am trying very hard to continue to lose weight, please hope for me to stay motivated thanks, Please let me know any motivational tips thanks

After reading the posts on this message board I believe that we all can help motivate eachother. It is better than not having anyone to help.
I have ordered the CLA and am anxiously waiting for it to arrive!!
I sure need the motivation. I tend to get down and frustrated. Stay tuned to the message board. There seems to be a lot of great people here!
