Has any tried Slim Fast? - Weight Loss Message Board

I was wondering how many here have drank Slim Fast. I drank it for a while. The thing I liked the most is that I felt like I had more energy.
The bad thing was that I didn't lose any weight and it didn't fill me up.
I did like the chocolate flavor.

I am working on the Fat Flush Plan and I just received my CLA in the mail today. I have taken one so far today!

I really want this to work!

I used it and I lost a good amount of weight. I went from a size 10 to a 4. I used the powder kind though. It seemed to fill me up better than the cans. However...after having kids and not being able to lose all of my weight I decided to try it again but this time it wouldn't work worth a flip. I guess my body has changed. I am considering using the CLA...I just need to find out which brand is the best kind to get.

I drink it on occasion, but not religiously. I keep Slimfast around mostly for a quick breakfast or snack when I don't have time to eat. That way when I'm running out the door and won't be able to eat for a while that I'm least getting some kind of nutrition. But I don't use it solely for weight loss.
