| Eating 2-3 times a day?
This is wat I usually eat.
-cereal bar in the morning
-go to school, dont eat anything there
-come home my mom usually has a salad made for me
-go to work dont eat anything ther
-go to the gym dont eat anything there
-come home at about 9:30 have like a Weight watchers meal then go to sleep
I know most people say that is bad but the thing is I DONT get hungry, if I did I would eat more but I just dont. Im on the points thing by weight watchers and Im supposed to eat about 24 a day but I only eat around 14-15. Is this bad for me even tho Im not hungry at all?
