Bought TRIMSPA today have a question - Weight Loss Message Board

So I bought it. I never took a diet pill in my life and now I think I might of made a mistake.

I went on the website and it seemed pretty okay so I bought it today at Walmart. It was packed there so I just threw it in the cart and made my way through the crowd to finish my shopping. I got home and I sat down to read it and its saying that I could possibly choke!!! I mean that is really freaking me out to think that I might die on this product. Grant any diet pill has precautions but this is crazy, is it very likely that this will happen?

Another question, for anyone who took Trimspa and is now off of it; did you gain your weight back? I am afraid that once I"m off of it, cause I'm not staying on it forever, that all my weight will come back ten fold and I"ll really be fat.

Also these are the vitamins I take, Zinc, VA, VB, VC, Fish oil, Calcium, Aloe Vera and Apple Cider Vinger tablets, is it alright to continue using them if I decide to start the program.

I've done very well burning fat on trimspa. I think the pills swell after you take them, so just down them with lots of water. I've used a modified atkins-southbeach diet and take fast walks at night. Lost 50lbs this year.

I will have completed one bottle of trimspa as of tommorrow and I have had no problems whats so ever. No jitters, poor sleeping, nausa, choking, nothing. What I have found is that I have a ton of energy and I have lost 7lbs so far. I will be going to pick up another bottle today.
