Hi all,

It's me again, the Anorexic... I've only posted once or twice before. Anyway, for those who don't know my story, I got out of my last treatment center about 2 and 1/2 months ago and after refeeding am at the higher end of my "normal" weight range which greatly disturbs me, as you can imagine. I've suffered from Anorexia for 11 years and have not been that heavy since about that time. It sucks.

Anyway, I went to my dietitian yesterday and though she would not tell me if I had gained or lost that day, she told me how much I had lost since I left my last treatment center. To be honest, I was not impressed. In the 2 and 1/2 months since I left, I've only lost about 10 pounds. My dietitian says that's good and my mom says that's good, but it's not. Isn't it a small amount? I eat healthy (I'm anorexic, like I'd really eat *crap*!) ,but I don't exercise as much as I should. But then I never did. Not even sickest. I don't know what I expect from this post, but maybe what can I do without changing my diet? My mom and my dietitian say that my diet is perfect and won't allow me to change it for fear of me taking a turn for the worse yet again (I've been in treatment 12 times). Or just let me know if 10 pounds in 2 1/2 months is really a good amount or not. I think it is too small an amount. I don't know. Thank you for listening to my crap.
