I'm sorry, I'm right there with you. Did your Dr talk to you about loosing weight? No fad diets, pills, or meal plans are really going to help in the long run. You might loose weight at first, but as soon as you stop those things the weight will go right back on. Skipping meals will not help you, and infact it will store anything you eat as fat. You must learn to use food to give your body nutrition, and excercise. It's so hard, I know. I have my own struggles and food issues. I'm giving advice I can't follow myself right now. Please talk to your Dr. Take a nutrition class. Join a gym. I know, it sounds alot easier than it is. Good luck!
