I have an idea for those who are watching their calories, especially around this tough time of temptation etc etc. First, eat a huge salad, skip the gravy on the turkey (unless you want to use it as a cheat element

), load up on the cooked veggies, oh heck, have a little bit of mash potatoes, and for me, a small piece of pumpkin pie. In addition to these ideas, make sure the plate isn't overflowing with food.

I'm going to do an extra workout, and now I feel like if I do this, I will still enjoy myself and not feel like a pig!

What are some of you ideas?
