OK, hihi.
I'm 15, 5'7, and between 162-165 lbs. Now, I've had so much difficulty with diets before.. I wanna lose between 25-30 lbs. I want to take it 5 lbs at a time.. so i can have little victories and such.
My plan?
Breakfast: Special K
Lunch: Orange and water, turkey sandwich sometimes
Dinner: Turkey sandwich and an orange.
*Oranges for snacks, and bananas. Lots of Diet Mountain dew.

How's that sound? After each 5 lbs lost, I was thinking i could have a free day, where i can eat a little more normally. Then back on the diet again!!
Exercise: Swimming laps now and then, Tae-bo (20 minutes) and DDR. These aren't all on the same day, something everyday.
How does thaaaat sound?


And my other question, How long does it take to lose 5 lbs usually?!?!?!???????
