Nutri System plan, anyone have luck? - Weight Loss Message Board

Today I received a Nutri System promo offer in my mail. It's for 28 days worth of meals and the price is $310. Has anyone tried this and were you successful? I have 10 lbs. to lose and would like your input before I order the meals.

I couldn't take the food. In fact I threw most of it away. Really bad. Also that price sounds very expensive if it's just for the food. Just my 2-cents. Others may feel differently.

Just my .02, but if you only have 10 pounds to lose, why not just cut a few calories and put in an extra 20 minutes at the gym? 10 pounds isnt all that much.

I did N.Sysytem about 15 yrs ago and lost 30 lbs..Then they closed down the most of the centers.I even worked for them for awhile.About 3 yrs ago I found you could order it online,I lost 25 lbs that way,the food was delicious! I craved it.The only problem is they do not help a whole lot with maintenance and keeping it off.So,I ended up gaining alot of it back (again)! I tried the new Nourish program they have for several months,the food was nasty,moldy,more expensive and I stuck to it and did not lose one single OUNCE!!! I still have a cabinet full of it that I will not eat.I joined Medifast 6 weeks ago and have lost 17 lbs! I love it,the food is very tasty and I have lots of energy.The first three dasy are very evil though!!! I am in Ga.,they have a center in my state.Also,it can be ordered off the net I have been told,I am pretty sure we are not allowed to post websites here and I do not want to get in trouble on this board! I could not function without this site!!!

southern diva.. how is it going with the medifast? i plan on ordering sometime next week. Are you doing total fasting or with the one meal a day? how bad/good is the food/drinks?
