anyone take this? what are some thoughts on it, make any difference at all?

I've been taking them for about 4 months and no difference at all. The only reason I keep taking is they have green tea extract and that is good for the immune system, and I have been healthier. I bought the generic equivalent at KMart and its a lot cheaper. I went line by line and the ingredients were the same. But that was 2 months after taking the name brand, so I know for sure there's no difference.

I don't think its supposed to help you actually LOSE weight... I think it just supplements the vitamins you miss out on while you're dieting.

well it has 200 mg of Chromium and that Green Tea extract so I thought it might help?

what it is is for people whos metabolism has slowed down. it just tries to speed it up while giving you vitamins at the same time.
