| Great Breakfast idea - Low Fat - High Protein
Hi everyone!
I discovered from a friend a great breakfast recipe that is healthy and lower calorie and fat. It'll definetly satisfy your craving for a good breakfast:
Banana Oatmeal Egg White Pancakes:
6 egg whites
1 Banana (or whatever fruit you'd like - Blueberries, Pineapple etc)
1/2 cup of uncooked oatmeal
Mix these ingredients together (until batter consistency). Cook as you would regular pancakes. Top with yogurt or lite syrup. Enjoy!
These pancakes are so good and healthy! This batter makes about 6 pancakes. Each pancake is roughly 75 calories. I have to regular size with 1/4 cup of lite syrup for a breakfast that is only 250 calories. They're great. The egg whites are high protein, the fruit can count towards your daily requirements for fruit and the oatmeal is of course healthy! Enjoy!
