Hi,

I have question, which takes up more space, water or fat?

I am battling with hypothyroid problems, and I am currently on meds for thyroid. (waiting for them to kick in)
And I have quite a bit of water retention, my doctor gave water pills, but they make feel spacey!

Anyone that has lost with hypothryoid, how many calories do you eat?

I weigh now 160lb and I am 5'5" I am trying to lose 20lbs, but now matter what I do I stay the same. I did a triathlon, had a trainer, ate 1500 approx. but not a stitch of weight came off.(BTW- I used to weigh 220lb about 10 years ago, I lost the weight verry slowly, and I have kept it off, even after I gave birth to twins 3 years ago. (sorry to babble)

Any info would be great!
