Just wanted to tell someone!!!
How did I do it?
Workout: 5 times a week with LOTS of effort and lots of sweat and panting!!! (and aches the next day!!)
Diet: Ate abundantly but only veggies, cottage cheese, eggs, oatmeal, beans, tofu, fruit, nuts and a little brown bread and a little quinoa. Stopped eating after 6pm.
Had dessert EVERY DAY!! Some days had carrot cake with an orange flavored 'icing' and other days had a brownie. However, they were homemade and conformed to the RAW preperation method (ie brownies made out of dates, carob powder, ground flax seed, ground walnuts and cashews) No sugar, no preservatives and no cooking. Just raw, natural, nutritious and absolutely delicious dessert.
