Just remember...you are not gaining weight cause you quit smoking, but many x-smokers starts to replace the cigarette with food...If you can be strong and just eat the way you eat today, you will NOT gain weight...It's also important to eat often but little...I eat 2 slices of bread for breakfast, 2 for lunch, 1 a coupple of horus berfore dinner, and dinner. Combine this with working out 3 times(or more) at the gym or at home...
I usually take my exercise at home...started out with 400 sit ups, 100 thigh and backside exercises, 20 push ups...And some more...anyways, by just doing this in front of the TV after dinner, I have had remarkable results! My stomach is hard as steel, and I have dropped down one size

Almost all of the fat is gone, and this in only a coupple of months! And the good thing about this "Diet"; you can eat snacks once or twice a week
I don't drink anything but water though...but that's just casue I don't like sodas and sweet drinks...But of course; It helps if sweet drinks is not a part of your daily diet....
