hi im new here. im about 5 11 and weigh about 210lbs. im hoping to loose about 20-25 lbs. the closest gym is 30 mins away not to mention having to pay membership fees every month.....i already had a membership to ballys but i only went for a few months and then ended up haiving to pay 30 dolllars a month for over 2 more years......i don't want that to happpen again......

does anyone know of any pills that will help you loose the weight without having to workout all the time?? any advice would be grateful. thank you all.

The only true way to lose weight and keep it off is with diet and exercise. Can't you take a walk or use a workout tape? Anything is better than nothing. You don't have to go to a gym or buy expensive machines. There are so many things you can do at home.
