Watch your carb intake with your breads, pasta, fruits, junk food, drinks etc. and you might be surprised how quickly you could lose it add more water and start exercising. You could do crunches, squats, leg lifts, use soup cans for dumbells (if you don't have them), walk in place, the possibilities are endless for something quick n easy without having to purchase equipment!
