I know exactly how you feel. I have been working out (stability ball/weights) since August of last year, I didn't notice any scale changes until about 2 months ago when I started to add cardio/circuit training to my routine. I have since lost 11 pounds, so it took a while for the changes to show up on the scale. I was very discouraged until I remembered that muscle weighs more than fat, and I could tell I was losing something, I saw changes....I know I was losing inches before fat, so do not be discouraged.
