Hey all!! I have a question. I am on a low carb, high protein diet. Are beans bad for you? (Do they bloat you, make you fat, etc?) I eat green beans, kidney beans and cannelli beans during the day as a source of fiber and carbohydrates. Is this bad?? I read green carbs are your complex carbs that are better. So am I "shooting myself in the foot"?? I always seem to stay around 130 pounds....it's very hard for me to be my ideal weight of 120. What do you guys recommend. I am very frustrated and this has become my life. Every thought is consumed of these 10 pounds. It's driving me crazy!!! Help!!!
