
Hi everyone,
I am a newbie here, but not a newbie to dieting. I lost 54 pounds 2 years ago and 20 of it have creeped back on. It was very gradual and all of a sudden I was like Oh man its back. So, I am back on the diet and exercise train. I am starting with getting back to a regular exercise schedule. I am jogging/ walking about 40 min a day along with sit-ups and some arm weights. I lost my last weight on Cabbage soup (17 pounds) and Atkins. I am trying to just cut out junk and drink tons of water. I will see how it goes. I know from before that after the first few pounds it all gets alot easier and the more you lose the better you feel! So, I hope to meet some great people on here and we can exchange ideas!
