
well, it went from 208, to 200 which was a big milestone for me. now, a month later, it sits at 190. keep in mind im 20, 5'9 and male. i dont exercise, i go to school pretty much all day. ive been limiting myself to 1500 calories a day (i usually end up eating closer to 1600) and every other weekend i splurge and eat about 2000-2500 on saturday and sunday just to give my metabolism a good shakin'. anyway, i was on the scale this morning, on an empty stomach, nakie, and sucking in my gut the scale needle was right on 190. now that i weigh myself at the end of the day its sitting at about 193 but i have a feeling that when i wake up in the morning it will be back on 190 (i hope)!!
