Does anyone know which is better-soy flour or whole wheat flour. What is glycemic idex for each? Does soy flour have fiber? I see that in nutrisystem the main ingredient is soy and further down the label is also whole wheat flour, it is very filling food but when I stop odering it I want to know which avenue is better in terms of purchasing food products, if both aren't contained in it? I know variety is good, but just curious if anyone knows. And does anyone have any food suggestions? Thanks!
