I have not posted here in while, but I need support have been on weight watchers from Jan 17, 2005 still on it, I have lost 15.5lbs. but i have been stock on 166lbs for 5 weeks running usually i will lose 3 to 1.5 lbs a week but lately 0 any advice will be gratly appericated. I am also thinking about trying a new diet pill the give my body some change?
What are they using to determine 0.05 pounds??? Sounds like something they'd weigh DIAMONDS on. Or did you mean 0.5 pounds (half pound)?
Anyhoo, after a short plateau like 3 weeks I think ONE DAY (but only one) of all-you-want-to-eat up to DOUBLE your normal calories (or points) sometimes works wonders to get back to being a "loser." Give it a try next time you stall. Remember though, you cannot use this trick too often...it's for TRUE emergencies.
What are you eating in a typical day foods and points?? When I was on WW there was a girl who had this same problem. She finally added more protein and deleted some carbs and it started the weight loss again. MAybe you just need to make some adjustments?
i just started my 10th week on WW and am down 18.4lbs. Have you tried using all your flex or no flex? Sometimes that makes a difference.I find that I lose more when I use about half my flex and eat higher point meals. Also, try the Wendie plan-you can do a search for it-a lot of people on the WW board swear by it when they get stuck.
