All I can tell ya is what's been working for me. I drink 10 glasses of water per day, take a nutritional vitamin supplement, cut out all snacks, eat every 2 1/2 hours but make it small healthy meals, and keep track of everything that you eat. Do at least 30 minutes of cardio every other day (I do it every day except for weekends). I hope that I helped you.
