I know from experience that it can be hard to have a normal eating pattern when you work nights. I am no expert but, I am trying to eat smaller meals more frequently throughout the day. If I were you I would eat like a breakfast type meal when you wake up first thing (probably in the afternoon or evening from you work the night before?) and then I try to eat smaller meals every 2 to 3 hrs. It can keep you full and very satisifed if you do it right. It speeds up your metabolism, as long as you eat smaller, healthy snack type meals every 2-3 hrs. I even have to eat sometimes when I am not very hungry to avoid skipping a meal. I would also drink tons of water to help flush out your system and keep you healthy.
