| Re: 3 Day Diet Info.. Please Help
Hi eliza i am currently on the three day diet the three day diet the only two things you can have to drink are only water and diet soda the diet composes of:
Day 1:
Breakfast: 1/2 grapefrut, 1 tbsp of peanut butter on one piece of toast
Lunch: 1/2 cup of tuna in water, one piece of toast
Dinner: 3 oz of lean meat, 1 cup of green beans, 1 cup of carrots, 1 apple, 1 cup of vanilla ice cream
Day 2:
Breakfast: 1 egg, 1 toast, and 1/2 banana
Lunch: 1 cup of cottage cheese or tuna and 8 regular saltine crackers
Dinner: 2 beef franks, 1 cup of broccoli or cabbage, 1/2 cup of carrots, 1/2 banana, and 1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream
Day 3:
Breakfast: 1 oz of cheedar cheese, 5 regular saltine crackers, and 1 medium apple
Lunch: 1 boiled egg, and 1 toast
Dinner: 1 cup of tuna, 1 cup of carrots, 1 cup of cauliflower, 1 cup of melon, and 1/2 of vanilla ice cream
I started on day 1 at 293 pounds i am currently on my fourth time of the three day diet and i am now at 265. this diet show you how to eat healthier portions and learn to make healthier eating decisions.
