Ok Weight - Weight Loss Message Board

Hi, I went to the doctor today and he said I am overweight but I am still healthy. The problem is I can't loose weight, like a while back i was 190 now I am 18 years old 5-8 210. I have been eating healthy but the weight will not go down. Do I really look that fat from these pictures or am I ok as long as I don't gain anymore. The ***'s say geocites, the site blocked that word.

I'm no doctor or anything so you don't have to listen to me if you don't want to.

I'm fairly close to your age and I am a male as well, so we can relate.

To be completely honest, I wouldn't say you are "fat" ( To me, its an ugly word ) but do you feel healthy? If you feel that it would be good for you to lose some weight, then you should do it.

If anything, it wouldn't hurt to drop a few lbs. Its good for you. I hear that it gets harder to lose weight when you are older therefor you should lose the weight now so you don't have to worry about it later.
