My sister is trying to lose some weight, although she looks "overweight" she doesn't feel it, she doesn't overly eat, she walks alot, excercises, has good blood pressure and the lot... yet shes overweight
She's tried diet pills, excercising more, diets, eating less chocolate etc.. nothing seems to be working
Does anyone have an suggestions on how she could lose some weight? Or 'inches'... like i've heard a few times on this board?
