Definitely keep working out, add weights if you aren't already, they boost your metabolism for life. What has happened to your body the past 10 months is that it has become used to your reduced calorie diet. More than likely you had to reduce your calories more than once to keep losing weight. So, just do the opposite. Add calories back in gradually. Keep excercising, use this to gurantee that you will not pack the weight back on. Gradually, at maybe 100 calories every week or so, depending on what you're at now and what you plan on eating and how often, untill you can eat "normally" again. If you haven't been gaining weight your body has been adjusting to the extra fuel it's been getting, just as it likely did while you were trying to lose weight. When your body is used to consuming more calories, it will not be devestational when you have the occasional carbo-loaded pasta night.
