Just keep eating the same calories you have been to lose that approximately 1 pound per week. EVERYBODY plateaus for a LONG time eventually, partially metabolic resistance, partiallyy lower caloric requirements to support a lower weight.
As you SLOWLY approach that 120 figure, and youu will, you will have a good idea what is required to stay there. Perhaps the calories you are eating now might be close (sad, I know!

) or perhaps you'll be able to add 100-200 calories. Look to lose that 8 pounds in something like another 4 months.
A slow-slow approach will better prepare you for the needs of MAINTENANCE.
There's no hurry to get to goal; just think always on how much better you look at 128 than at 141.
