Well I have been running for at least 15 mins every night but as it is still cold here at night time i've come down with the flu. I'm pretty much better now and I haven't been running in about a week. But I got to thinking, is skateboarding a cardio vascular activity? I don't mean like rolling along the sidewalk to the store or anything, I mean actually skateboarding and doing tricks. I usually skateboard for at least an hour each day and ALWAYS am drenched in sweat afterwards, so could this be my cardio vascular exercise to get in shape? As well as doing some weights and a bit of running and eating healthy, is this going to work? Is skateboarding a cardio vascular activity?
