umm just had a question if anyone could field it for me.
I weigh 175pounds, 6foot 1 inch high 25 years old, male. I have small love handles, a gut and small man-boobs..
My calorie needs are roughly 2400-2900 per day (depends where you read)
I excercise roughly 1000 calories per day (12km bike ride, 6 km FAST walking)
and my daily calorie consumption is around 1200 (all healthy food, i don't starve my self)
Basically with such a high calorie defecit...I don't seem to be losing any weight, or looking any slimmer for that matter. I have only been doing this for just over a week, (i know it's not long), but how long should this routine take to show some results? at this rate i have a defecit of 14000 calories per week, theoretically reducing my weight by four pound per week....any help would be great
