Fastest Saftest and Healthiest are not compatible. The fastest diets are the most dangerous.
The best way to lose is slowly and steadily over a long period of time...at a rate similar to the rate the weight was gained so aim to lose the 10 kg. (22 pounds) over the next 6 months by resticting the number of calories you're eating.
Ballpark: 22 pounds of fat is 77,000 calories divided by 183 days is 421 calories less per day, say 500.
A chore, but not horribly difficult.
Any exercise you can add will lower that 500 calorie number somewhat.
