Xenadrine-Efx

Hi all,

Has anyone tried Xenadrine-EFX and if so did it work, how weight did you lose and how long did it take for you to reach your goal weight or for you to lose weight. I have recently done research on Xenadrine-EFX and now i want to try it.

Thanks much

Unfortunately I can't answer your question...

I know the old Xenadrine-RFX (with ephedra) worked though. I wish it would come back to the market

Good luck - let us know what happens!

Re: Xenadrine-Efx

Hi! Well, I just started it yesterday, and I noticed the first thing right off is that I am peeing more, but that could be because I'm drinking tons of water, too. I did a lot of research on it (testimonials, reviews, etc..) before I started it, and what a majority of them say is that it doesn't work for everyone. However, I decided to give it a try and see. It didn't cost me much, $19.99 for 90 pills, so I figure if it works it works and if it doesn't, oh well! I'll keep you updated on how it's working out for me. Hope this helps!

Christine

Re: Xenadrine-Efx

It did help me go from 207 to 165 after I had my 2nd baby. I walked 30-45 min a day. However I have gotten lazy lately and stopped taking them... I'm now taking coconut oil and it gives me the same energy the pills did but I hate how it goes down (oil...hello!!!), so I'm starting the pills as soon as I finish the oil.

Good luck!

Re: Xenadrine-Efx

Hi,
I used Xenadrine EFX for awhile. I lost a couple percentage points of fat which I was impressed with. Although I had some heart palpitations I continued but I seemed to develop a tolerance for it. So I stopped taking it and the fat came back, bleah!!
I read that you can avoid this by "cycling" it. As in, take it for two days, then take an off day. It keeps your body from adapting.
Good luck!
New BTW - hi everyone!
Claire
