Hi all,
I Joined the gym today. I have a few questions:
What exercise machine is best to use? Today I used the bike for 30 min and it said I burned 140 calories...that doesn't sound like much to me... ?
How many calories should be burned for a cardio workout? Before the gym my workout would consist of dancing around to some music and I remember needing water so bad after I was done...today after the gym my heart rate was up and I was sweating, but no need for much water.
Any suggestions??
