| I was getting lean and skinny until...
I started excercising on the elliptical....why is it when I decide to burn off excess calories...by anytype of excercise...I gain weight (muscle, I know), and get "puffy"? I get bloated, especially noticable around my face and legs.
Is it okay to to just eat less without all the excercise? Like let my body naturally burn the excess calories by eating about 400 less calories. (so i would be eating 800 cals a day.....?
