try pilates.. calisthenics just look up some of them on google...
you could do stuff like push ups, crunches, leg lifts, squats, lunges, loads of this stuff.. if you have a robe you can use it as a jumprobe for cardio training, you can do jumping jacks for cardio training, whatever... theres a load list of things to do for which you dont need to go outside or in a gym.
ps: intensive dancing for like an hour could be a type of light cardio workout...
