Hi. I'm new to this forum. I was searching for a forum that provides (free) weight loss support. I've tried a number of things, but it boils down to healthy eating and exercise. I'm going to start Jorge Cruise's exercise program. It requires only 8 minutes a day without equipment or a gym. I know enough about what I should and shouldn't eat, so I'm going to focus on eating healthy foods and small portions. 3 meals and a couple of snacks. I wanted a place to go when life gets stressful and feel the need for serious chocolate therapy. I hope this is the place.
