I know it sounds so silly, but I'm honestly consider playing Dance Dance Revolution to be my workout. I put it on Standard and play in Workout mode. After 20-25 songs without a break, I'm totally soaked and gasping. I've been doing this every day for the past few days, and now I can't stand on my left leg because it's so achey from intense gameplay
If what the game says is correct, 20 songs on Standard (for me) burns about 300 calories. This probably isn't a lot in comparison to 2000 daily calories, but it sure feels like a lot when I can't walk afterwards.
Anyone else here have experience and/or success utilizing DDR as a form of working out?
