I agree 100%. I was just like weathermom (except for the pregancy part). In high school, I was skinny, I hated exercise, I didn't play sports, and had a metabolism that was ridiculously high. I could fast food every day, plus soda, plus candy bars, never exercise, and still stay skinny. No muscle on my frame, but no fat either. Things changed after 25 and the weight piled on. Now I wish I had learned to enjoy exercise and sports. I still don't like either, but I see the importance of regular exercise. But I wish I had learned the lesson much sooner. Maybe if I had learned to enjoy exercise and sports as a kid, I wouldn't have such a hard time staying active now.
